MRA screen fitment.

Anyone had any problems with the fitment of MRA double bubble screens.
I fitted one to my RR7 yesterday and was not impressed.
One side of the screen fitted nice and flush with the fairing,the other side had around a 5-6mm recess down the side of it.Looked bloody awfull.
Not that good a fit around the side lamp on the offending side either.
Bike has never been down the road and there is nothing bent.
Have sent screen back to supplier today for them to have a look at it.
Any other suggestions?

 

I had one fitted to my 04, the quality was excellent, and it was very effective at directing the air higher. I can only think you got a rogue one. Did you get it from HPS? Was it the double bubble one? This is what I had.

yes Iain mate,got it from HPS and it was the double bubble.
To be fair.When i emailed HPS and sent them pics of it fitted they asked me to send it back so they can check it against another one.
Hope they dont send the same one back saying theres nothing a matter with it or i will not be happy.
Why are things never straight forward.

3065.. screen fitted perfect, even in the new Carbon nose I fitted at the same time..

HPS have sent me a new screen.Fitted it today.Excellent fit,well happy.
