this is what im left with after a van turned into me so he could filter up the middle of the road to cut in at the top! when the paramedic attending me confronted him gis response was shit happens everyday! im left with whiplash a kidney that feels like its been used as a football a pair of ball's like grapefruits but the colour of plums what a to$$er!!!
Not great make sure you get everything you deserve off the insurance don't roll over. The bike will fix I wish you a speedy and fit recovery .
"Shit happens everyday"! Nice response. well, I hope he gets shafted good style, and you go for the jugular insurance wise. Claim for everything.
Van driver sounds like a right tw@t. Make sure you take him and his insurance to the cleaners. Hopefully the rise in his premiums will make him a bit more considerate. Hope you and the bike make a full recovery!
Unbelievable response that. I hope the complete c*nt gets what's coming to him. Hope you're feeling better soon.
That's shit sorry to hear that mate. Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hopefully karma will catch up with that bloke and bite him on the ass!
cheers fella's not holding my breath as my insurance company sound a bunch of twats ( well the bloke i spoke to did!) sorry martin no track bike here! wish i had the time!
"Shit happens everyday" ! I'd have said that back to him after i American History X'd his teeth on the curb !! Every cloud has a silver lining, at least it wasn't a Blade Remember, for the insurance company: Whiplash, internal bruising, inability to work, bike (written off), custom made leathers (trashed), Carbon helmet (finished), Boots, gloves, underwear... Fear and mentally effected going near roads and vehicles.. Depression, due to previously mentioned fear..Crumbling relationship with everyone and reclusiveness from the depression etc etc Play it right and it could be well worth all the pain Get well soon mate...
Sorry to hear about your bad news mate. Hope you get well soon. Hope the guy in the van gets some real bad luck.
Utter rubbish wishing you a fast recovery and a painless as possible dealing with insurance. Did the police attend? Many witnesses come forward? It was my witnesses statements that won me my case a few years back!
thanks for the wishe's! the police did attend and while in the ambulance there were 4 or 5 cars pulled over so fingers crossed and hoping for the best
GWS matey. Was it a plain van or was it logo'd. If it was a "big" company don't be afraid to make a complaint about his attitude to the MD/CEO via email.
shat what a nightmare.. GWS and don't look in the mirror at those huge plums too much Only joking.. what a nightmare and hope you go for a proper insurance solicitor like the guy in the motorcycle magazines.. Andrew Dalton??
