on the look out now for a larger screen. I like the MRA ones, also want to get a tail tidy and seat cowl, prob Honda for the last 2 and a Hugger. honda don't sell a hugger that fits on the ABS model so prob skidmarz

    Hi Remal. Great bike!

If you do get the accessories were launching 10% off all genuine Honda parts and accessories with free P&P. Also the genuine hugger is OK on the ABS Blade. In fact a few on here have one and I'm going to purchase one for my ABS Blade.

I just seen the 10% thing. is this through a dealer or direct from Honda.

Also how does the Honda hugger get over the ABS sensor wire at the back? i want to repsol Hugger but was put off as they said it would not fit on the ABS model. Do you have to Mod anything?

    Hi Remal.

The 10% is off a Honda UK dealer and will include P&P to you (this is not a Honda promotion but a promotion direct with the dealer and 1000rr.co.uk members)

Regarding the hugger - I don't think I recall there being a ABS sensor wire that will get in the way - From what I remember the sensor wire runs along the rear brake line. The reason Honda do not offer it for the ABS bike is due to clearance issues from the undertail (this is where the ABS gubbins are). I should imagine they have to take into account a fully loaded bike with large rider & large pillion. This may result in the hugger touching the undertail.

Many have the ABS with a hugger without problems so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

thanks for the feedback. I was looking on Sat at the ABS and non ABS and the plastic area that told the wire by the brake pipe is larger and the main reason why I thought as did the guy at the dealer they it may need to be modded to fit. most of the huggers I have seen for the ABS model seem rather small. and nothing like the Honda hugger that should stop lots of crap from going over the shock

    Main reason for asking

well I was taken back with the blazing orange I have on my Speed triple. And fell in love with orange on a bike. I was never a fan of race reps and after a test ride last year of a few bikes again found the only colour I liked was the Repsol.

    I think I've been Tango'ed
