I know it's been awhile since I was active but just had to much on my head lately ... So I've ,managed to put my baby back together. Unfortunately I did failed MOT...( just because to small indicators lol ) So took bike to my brother form club to sort this out, bike was running smooth... just beautiful.. Had a small blast to and next day when I was on my way to garage bike got cut off, rear wheel locked up and that's it. Can't start bike again. I'm not mechanic so it's hard for me to describe but bike sort of does tick over? My mate was trying to figure out whats wrong if for hours.. and so far he could just tell me that fuel injectors doesn't splash fuel... Any ideas? I'm seriously getting depressed now ...all those sunny day just drives me mad 0_0
look like street hawk, very cool you need to give a bit more info, will it start then stop, will it not start at all, will it rev for a bit then cut out,is it priming,is the battey fully charged. to get a solution you need to give as much info as possible,or even a video.
Ok ...so lets try to say something more and bit more specific ^^ First of all I forgot to mention one thing from beginning. When I was on my way to garage and rear wheel locked up and bike cut off there was a noise with it. Like sort of small "bum" like and explosion? And other thing was that on way back from garage I had downhill so I've tried to bum start it and bike was turning over but wont start and it was sort of a "ticking noise" Now what my mate texted me : Bike turns over but backfires in carb, there is a spark but could the crank position sensor cause this ? Also should the secondary injectors spray when u turn it over? And is there a fuse for injectors ? Hope that will give a bit more of a light... I've even started thinking about getting another bike ( Maybe tomorrow or day after I will be able to make a video..
Did rear wheel lock and engine stopped, or did engine stop and then the rear wheel lock? If the latter then the lock-up is due to severe engine breaking. If the former then you would expect the engine to start with the clutch in, unless the torque from the wheel wheel caused something very bad to happen.
kill switch wiring, side stand think they work good as there is a spark..other wise it wouldn't spark- would it ? It's a bit hard to remember for me now, but I think it was same time when engine cut out and rear wheel locked..
