Hi All, I have a 2006 fireblade and having problem during first start of the day. When I press the starter there is no crank. I have installed a new battery and this is not an battery issue. My mechanic claims it to be starter clutch issue. The starter clutch is not engaging when the starter button is pressed. After 8-10 try it gets engage and the engine will srart. Also, after the first start i am not having this issue rest of the day. What are the symptoms of starter clutch issues? If it's a starter issue do I need to replace starter clutch ? Please advise.
