    Guys, I'm happy to take the stick if only a few of you manage to do this.

    There are just a couple more nights when it should be possible to see a supernova in the sky over the UK.

    If we get clear enough skies and you've got a pair of half decent binoculars, or better and you can get to a location thats dark enough, do yourself a favour and have a go.

    If you manage it, it won't look anything more than a tiny, fuzzy patch against the dark, but remember that you'll be seeing the explosion of an entire star that occurred over twenty million years ago. That's gotta be something to tell the grandkids, hasn't it.

    Good Nerd alert .I have just put my head under the blankets and put on the Oasis track and yes i can see were you are coming from dark and fuzzy opp's thats the Cider kicking in !
