    I wouldn't place too much credence on that comment. The vehicle had to be insured at the time of being registered, and so unless it was registered a few weeks ago giving the owner time to cancel the policy or the policy was withdrawn or terminated, I don't think that is a particularly accurate statement.

    Additionally the comment was made by the photographer who either has used guesswork or has inside knowledge.

    The comment does say "Believed to be uninsured"

    Maybe the vehicle was insured but the person driving wasn't? as is sometimes the case. ..i.e son or relative of owner?
    Anyhow, more money than sense obviously...... & my blade would still thrap the pants off it at a pittance of the price :D
