    Thanks, its more than a new bike after being told just under six months ago I may never walk properly again :)

    Still not waking properly from mine mate and no way as serious, takes a while...

    Urban tiger looks well smart, enjoy!!! I'm off up to Sky tomorrow,then Ullapool Saturday not been on a bike for 2yrs since binning my Repsol RR7 2 miles from the Nurburgring, can't wait.

    Back tonight after weekend in Wales, some difficulty changing gear as I've not got full 'upwards' movement of my foot but great to be riding again!!

    Even a quick shifter will make the gear changes easier than a powershifter, but they do look a good option. I may even need one for my dodgy post Oulton ankle

    I wonder if that could be used with my quickshifter Steve.
    I'm actually interested to see more about that

    It would replace your existing quickshifter
