New bike lands Friday here's a quick peak for you whores!! Already bought some bits in a Evotech rad/oil cooler guard, paddock stand bobbins, tail tidy searching for a Akrapovic undecided on slip on or full system. Oh and bin the Bridgestone BT016 tyres off for Racetec K2 front K3 rear so may have a new (delivery miles) old tyres 190/55 rear for sale shortly. Got her booked in for first service Friday 21st so best get the miles on!!
looks nice in the graphite. i like that must say ive never been a fan of tombstones but im loving the s20's on the blade
At least next time you should be able to catch us up Seriously though, very nice. Oodles of power and toys to match too.
How many time has one of them won the TT, or put a rider on the podium ? All joking aside like that colour scheme - few mates have them and all really rate them and no problems on the MK2 bikes like that one. Just be warned about the electrics - lots of stuff is dealer on re-set / fix which can be frustrating and expensive
I had one. 194 RWBHP. Far too much for the road and the electronic package is awful compared to all the others. The TC is very analogue. That said, don't waste money on the Akky slip on. Doesn't really change the exhaust note, provides no more power and isn't much lighter. Full system for them all the way mated with a PCV and you'll be knocking on the door of 200 BHP. Get the slick chip installed straight after the first service and don't bother with any if the other modes.
If Ian E 's mate don't want the tyre's mate I'll be interested let me know what's happening with them and I'll collect them. Oh by the way are they BT016's or 016 pro's? Jase.
Nah Tyke keeping the ZX6RR it can hold its own around most circuits might just stretch the legs on the S1000RR on the higher speed circuit like Oulton.
My poor little 750 is gonna be slow as round there then! I was stuffing everyone in the novice group on the bends but all the 1Ks were smokin me down the straights, didnt stand a chance.
I was chatting to the lad on the brand new S1000RR who was in your group.. 20 year old first bike 250 miles old! Straight on Cadwell. LUNATIC!!!
