Well I have just been out for a twenty mile test ride with my new toy, I purchased a HM plus quickshifter, never had one before, I quite like it, nice smooth clutchless shifts, just a toy though. I purposlely rode into darkness to test my twin dipped headlight mod, that was perfect too,well pleased. I have also disabled the air flaps on the intakes, didn't notice any difference there but now I know there is no restriction now. What a job fitting the quickshifter, the seller ,Steve said airbox off etc so I knew there was some tedious fiddling ahead., any after putting it all back together I started the motor,,,umm that sounds like a misfire, yes a bloody misfire,,,anyway I dived back into it tonight and I found on one of the coil pack sockets one of the electric pins had pushed back in the connector, was well pleased when I saw this,,anyway all back together and running bute,, I ride with a smile.
