    Hi guys,

I posted up a query on brake fade on my 08 CBR1000RR a month ago or so. It was after my first trackday on the blade. Had quite a bit of brake fade on a 2 hour open session on track. It had standard pads, original lines and (possibly) original brake fluid. Lever was coming back to the bar after each outing.

Well, I replaced the pads with Bendix MRR compound pads and flushed and bled the fluid. Left the standard lines. Did a track day yesterday and what a difference. No noticeable brake fade at all, far more feel and increased stopping power. Half day on track in the advanced group so not hanging around.

I was gonna try the carbon compound but as its a road bike, the carbon needs more heat and there maybe issues in the wet so I went with the above. Awesome choice.

Hope this helps with anyone looking for some excellent road and track pads. Well worth it :)
