problem for me is that it's still not a new blade but based on a bike from 2008. Don't get me wrong I love my blade but have been waiting for a new one. IE the huge different they did with the 07 to 08 blade. I've been very happy with mine for almost 5 years but Honda need a New blade not updated one Still looks lovely though
Are they moving the exhaust back to under the seat? I am assuming the one in the image is the "normal" blade at about £12000. If so, this cat is having one!
Yep, agree with all the comments above; that new Blade looks a 'Peach' and this chap will be having one for sure!
Leaves me in a dilemma now as a repsol version may not appear till 2018 if the past is owt to go by , may trade mine in for the latest repsol and then trade that in , 2018
Well if this is even close to accurate, thats just taken it off a lot of potential owners wish lists, would not surprise me though as Honda have never admitted to any of the f**k ups they have designed in the past. The new Blade is also expected to get a host of new electronics to add to the existing C-ABS system, including traction control and riding modes
Won't the Repsol be out in 2017 ? (every 2 years) so Steve new model and a new Repsol in less than 18 months !
I'm a blade man through and through and would love a new one to get me excited. I've had the 08, 12, and 14 and loved them all. That's just a mock / mash up is it, like some of it, but dislike more I'm afraid to say. Particularly, i can't stand the black plastic crap that goes under the seat to house I guess the abs and other gubbins.... Really spoils the profile for me.
Exhaust will most certainly be underslung similar to the current model as this keeps the weight down and low in the frame. Under seat exhausts have had there day.
So bored of Honda and their "new blade year after next" line....... What a total load of w@nk. Oh but you can have a competitive bike to rival sub £15k yams, kwaks, and suzuki's but that'll be £25k thank you sir..... Why, oh cos it's a Honda and we still pretend to make the best quality bikes.... Stopped holding my breath for them to make something exciting about 2012, won't start again any time soon and pretty sure they will not get my money in a a show room for quite some time. Same old sh1t Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz
