I decided to retire one of my old helmets (17yo!). Cannot get a new visor for it.

I decided to have blind date with another Roof. This on is RO 200.

the fit is excellent for my narrow head, far quieter than anything else I have had (shoei , hjc) and far less affected by turbulence and buffeting.

it has an amazing visor opening and extremely light weight. Got mine in plain white for £200!

for anyone with deep pockets and weak neck muscles, they make a fibreglass version which is even lighter.

Did you have to pay any UK customs on the import?

The helmet itself was VAT free (also stated on their website).
I also ordered a pair of cheek pads £20.Fedex kindly charge me £4.xx for import duty + £4.xx for their hableing charge:mad: I had assumed helmet fittings were also VAT free:rolleyes:
I must say lousi moto has is the best site for supplying UK. in terms of shipping and covering all the hidden charges
