New Shoei X Spirit 2 graphics for 2014

Hi all

Just in the market for a new lid, and noticed that new graphics might be coming out in my favourite lid!

Those that know me, will now I am a Daijiro Kato fan ( sadly no longer with us) and I was told that the blue version of his lid design will be launched in Europe.

I saw it in the shoei brochure but nobody at helmet city knew if it would be launched in the UK?

Does anyone know please?

Do like the blue one though, very nice. I crashed at brands first time I wore it, trying out wets for the 1st time and feeling cocky getting my knee down lol.... Luckily no damage to the lid lol could have been expensive!!

 

I have the Kato blue memorial its lush would love the xspirit 2 in that scheme ....

I like they way your worried about damage to the lid, but you fail to show concern for your bike in the crash

The marshals were cracking up, as I slid down the track holding onto the bike with my head cocked sideways avoiding the Tarmac! Lol

Priorities and all that - that's what the track bike is for

He doesn't have a stunning hrc anymore... He has a.... Wait for it... Repsol! Lol

 

My X-Spirit 2 is in 'Dead Mans' colours also!

No you didn't get 60% off because Tomizawa died, the helmet was brought out to honor Shoya after his death with a percentage of the sales going to a fund to support young Japanese riders.

The reason you got 60% off is because they sold like dog shit, I love it the helmet that is not the dog shit.

Great, I will invest in the Kato San rep! Now should I have the 954 painted in his colours or is that a bit OTT?

No way OTT I now have mc Guinness replica but will buy Kato if there's one kicking about next year

 

No, especially as it was a limited run as well something like 200 in the UK. The suppliers thought they would sell like hot cakes so they all brought a load and got stuck with them hence the large discounts now available.
