This has been doing the rounds on facebook for at least a year. The rule in the UK is that the camera must be clearly visible to motorists.
I knew this one was a hoax, but they ARE trialing new stealth cameras on Main A roads that are listed as black spots (i.e. all of them) If its night time apparently you can see the glow of the lenses in there eyes but otherwise they just blend in. I have attached a spy pic of these Stealth cameras

To be honest I don't think it will be long before they link all the CCTV everywhere into some kind of massive average speed camera circuit meaning we may aswell all drive electric scooters!
you are not far wrong there, I read somewhere that they would like all motor vehicles fitted with a transponder to track us all 24/7 and make speeding fines even easier to hand out
Only if we let them. I think that sometimes people (politicians included) forget that the government work for us.......not the other way around.
where as the Media (Worst of the lot) are paid for by daft people willing to pay money for crap magazine and papers. if it sells no matter who they hurt of slander, they don't give a crap
