So in Essex (around road works on duel carriage ways) I saw in the middle of the works (centre lane) a unmarked van. It had markings on the back which you can't see as you approach.

A quick search revealed that the police in Northamptonshire are starting to use grey unmarked vans.
I expect this will happen everywhere soon enough..in my search I have also read on many posts that legally police DO NOT have to mark there vehicles anyways.
And entrapment clauses are court discretionary and almost impossible to defend against..
I do not say this information is correct or should be taken as gospel as internet is full of false s***. But just in case....

    My advice is:
    1) read up and research this your selves to be clear on the subject.

    2) treat all vehicles like unmarked police cars. Especially any vehicle parked in laybys and on on verges ( the normal spots you would expect them to have historically parked.

    3) warn fellow riders even if you suspect having seen 1 near by..

    4) ride safe and stick to speed limits anyways (/wink which we all do)

    Ride safe folks

Oh and here's 2 links to read just incase..

If you sent the cops a video of your local chavs up to no good do you think they would respond, This is just another way for the cops to make money from fines
