Hi everyone, I actually joined this forum a few weeks ago, but could not log back on after introducing myself, I emailed the admin guys numerous times but nothing happened, I suspect I had a fault with my email address so I have started another email address and username so I could get back on. Anyway last time I was here I was in the process of buying a blade. Well I,ve got one a new 2012 in white HRC colour, i,ve put a hugger, seat cowl and r&g tail tidy on. Done about 450mls so far, trying to get the first service done before winter sets in. When I can work out how to post a pic I will put one on. Thanks looking forward to chatting with you all.
welcome - another Hunts supplied bike i suspect? Have you also purchased and fitted an R&G rad guard - if you have not then do ASAP - heard of a number punctured by stones - its a £600 - £700 part to replace vs c. £60 for a guard. The North West area has some active members and some good rides at both swift and steady pace have been arranged - all on hold now really till spring I would guess. There is a big trip to Scotland in May you may be interested in if touring is your thing, but numbers have filled up but could always squeeze 1 more in perhaps...
