If you want to replace your standard rear shock on your 04-07 Blade, found this Nitron shock for sale on evilbay; CBR1000RR 04-07 Nitron Race shock | eBay Spill says that it requires a service to replace the preload adjuster oil seal.
Hi Sam, The sale is nothing to do with me, I found it whilst search evilbay. Contact a few of the suspension companies to get a rough repair/service price.
I looked into the cost of servicing the shock and the preload adjuster, and trade price was around £150 and this did not include the seal for the pre load adjuster. Also these shocks are built to a specific weight of rider so would you would need to know what weight the rider is that is selling it as you may also need to replace the spring for your weight.
