GUYS IM GETTING 125PSI ACROSS FOR MY 2007 CBR1000RR... LATELY IVE HAD THIS FEELING AT FULL TWIST AROUND 9KRPM AND AROUND 120-130 MPH.... IT JUST DID NOT WANT TO GO PAST THAT....UNLESS I LET OFF A LITTLE THEN SHE WOULD TAKE OFF SLOWLY BUT NOT LIKE THE ANIMAL SHE HAS BEEN.... SHE HAS 42K ON HER WITH A 45TOOTH REAR AND STOCK FRONT FOR THE LAST 40K. SO IM THINKING SOMEWHERE AROUND 38K ACTUAL ? NO SMOKING NO KNOCKING NO OVERHEATING. PLUGS HAD ABOUT 40K ON THEM SO I HAVE NEW ONES COMING. AIR FILTERS NEEDED CLEANING BAD. DID FLAPPER MOD NOW AND PAIR MOD. CLUTCH LOOKED OKAY, BUT I FIGURED THAT MIGHT HAVE BEEN SLIPPING TOO ALTHOUGH THE ENGINE NEVER TOOK OFF LIKE A SLIPPING CLUTCH.... THE VERY BOTTOM CLUTCH FRICTION DISK WAS CRACKED THOUGH. I think you've answered your own question by finding out what's wrong. Change filters,plugs and oil and clutch then take it from there if there's still a problem. p.s. Post up a hello in the new members section,you'll find this is a friendly bunch
