So, went to Oulton Park yesterday afternoon to take part in the MSV taster session. 1 20 minute session for £25. Pre-booked it, got there, failed the noise test. Recorded 104db and the limit is 102db.

Got my GF to leave home with the original exhaust which I got when I bought the bike 2 months go and she got within 1 mile of the track and hit traffic. Was sat in the holding area with the exhaust off waiting but by the time she got there it was too late to get on track. GUTTED!

I've decided to sell the exhaust so keep an eye out in the for sale if you are interested.

It doesn't have one. I may look at making one if I don't find a suitable replacement.

No help to you now Ozzer I know, but for any other Peeps considering their first Track Day then you can turn up at most UK Tracks and get a free noise test.

Well worth doing prior to a booked TD if you have no prior knowledge of ya Bikes noise output. ;)

Hmm thanks for this I did see this when I had my day booked, Im planning to go later in September.
I assumed that the Akropovic fitted to mine (Anni edition) would be fine as its road legal but I'm wondering now...its definitely louder than my old standard!

Yeah, it's my own fault. I should have changed it to my original one as I knew it would be close. I just thought, because it was £25 and not £155 I'd take the risk. Didn't think I'd be that gutted but because it was so sunny and I nearly managed to get the old one delivered by my GF and fitted with minutes to spare it made it all the more hard to take. Nevermind! Just reading that some days at Donington are 96db. Definitely need to change it or make a baffle for it.

I think that's the one I'm going to go for if I do sell this one on.
