North wales points of interest.

    guys, a little last minute.com, but off to Colwyn bay tomorrow. Is there anywhere over that way that we need to visit?

    I know I'm too late for your trip but

    Beddgelert - Capel Curig - Llanberis
    - All these places have amazing roads :)

    If only I'd seen this post earlier. I live in Colwyn Bay or just outside and I could of taken you on some amazing roads.
    Best route is Abergele, Betws y Coed, Blaenau Ffestiniog, towards Tremadog then up towards Bala small road towards Ffestinog. Back towards Bala then small "B" road to A5 and on to Brenig Reservoir then home via Denbigh.
    You'll certainly have reduced "Chicken Strips" and a fantastic day with beautiful scenery. :)

    Great route that
    Just watch out for the camera vans A5 and the A road section to Bala are particularly popular at the mo

    As you know Stoney Boy, I know where most of the camera vans hang out :)
