The NW contingent were being a bit quiet this bank holiday weekend (no doubt ensuring their bikes stay in one piece for the Spain trip), So I set off on my todd to have a decent ride out on the Sunday afternoon. First milestone was to be Kirkby Lonsdale, but I didn't stop as it's only 20 minutes from where I live, heading to Sedburgh On the road between Kirkby Lonsdale and Sedburgh DSC02985 by rushforthk, on Flickr DSC02987 by rushforthk, on Flickr The next pic is of the working viaduct, it is between Sedburgh and Hawes, just before you get to the pub on the corner where you can turn off to Kirkby Stephen. I was sorry I had my earplugs in as it meant I couldn't hear the bike, mind you he wasn't really getting a shift on. This was on the road after turning right at the white pub coming back from Hawes. did the same roads and locations on Sunday, surprisingly the roads were not busy as I thought they would be. the steak and ale pie I had, made the bike find a unusual desire to get home quicker.... good pics
