    sunday 12th august

    ok lets have a show of hands then and get another ride out arranged

    are people happy to stick to the same route, meet at hawes then ride upto penrith,

    or shall we plan a different route this time, maybe meet at sherburn and then ride over to hawes ??

    Maybe, not sure about Penrith maybe abit far for my old blade, would prefer sherburn -hawes.
    Time n wife is more my problem, could do with a morning blast then she won't moan......as much!

    sensible speed. but there will always be a rider at the back of the group so if somebody feels the pace is too fast they can drop back and they wont be on there own

    Last time it was about 23 mph but we were basically riding down a river bed at the time :D

    I may be able to manage that hahah.

    I like to get a bit of a wriggle on when I feel its safe; sometimes even up to 30mph ;)

    I may join you lads if you will have me but need to check other commitments a week before. :)

    Well it wont be dark, so no need for lights. You only need to see your vanishing points, lines, apex's and plot your outbraking maneouvre, so no need for mirrors. :D
