hi bry, just the usual stuff best place to stay, best place to watch, anything else to do in the area, and is parking a problem on race day they have huge crowds.

Wish i was heading over again. Had a great time in 2010. Would recommend a pre booking a grandstand seat. A top row gets a pretty good view, well it did in the juniper hill stand. Sure bry wil have better inside info but it seemed to me that all the best viewing spots were fenced of and a charge to get in. Think they were charging a £5 to sit on a wet grassy bank at the railway. Parkings ok if you get inreally early and bikes are dumped everywhere. We were lucky as had a full week so rode all the great roads before the masses arrived.would recommend a trip out too magiligan and the ferry to innishowen in the republic. We had a great time and were very lucky with good weather.
