One of the nice admins on motoforum ran a check on the r6 for me. With regret he has informed me that the met police have said whatever I do, DO NOT BUY THE BIKE!! These are the only details I have at the minute, sent the deposit by paypal so hopefully I'll get that back??

I'm pretty sure you may have issues disputing that transaction as the rules around gifted transactions differ to that of a normal transaction! Sorry man! Martin Owen should be able to shed more light on disputes on gifted transactions but sure the last I read about his QS payment was he never seen any refunds from PayPal!
here's the transaction, it was just a payment sent under "family and friends" guess that's gift? didnt click on anything that said gift tho just assumed
