The state of this. Must have been a mile long - continuous. Didn't smell of diesel so not sure what it was. Could it be hydraulic fluid ? Called the police - two people reported it - both motorcyclists ! Anyway the local council came down quite quickly with a little sweeper truck and blocked the road for a bit. Seeing this kind of thing more and more .....
The last time I saw something like this it was about 3 miles long. I eventually caught up with a low loader with a large excavator on it which was pissing out hydraulic oil.
