Any good bike-specific fully-synthetic will do... I used Castrol Power 4T last time and have no complaints... others on here swear by the Silkolene equivalent.

I have a pdf of the service manual and it says to use SAE 10W-40. Last time I did mine I used semi synthetic, and seems to be fine.

Depends on your pocket. Any semi 10W40 oil will do the job just fine but if you have the cash for fully then go down that route with same weight oil. Don't listen to the f***** out there that talk about fully causing slip. Blv me you will encounter them....... Funny how the machines that were used for racing running fully synth oil never slipped
