Well decided this year to go out for Christmas dinner, was having a lovely time until I accidentally got a whole pot of boiling tea spilt over my hand !!! Jamie mate. Although I sympathise hugely with your predicament and feel for your pain, I'm with Jonah at the moment and he says your obviously as inept with a teapot as you were with a spanner. Now I think that's harsh but that's the band of brother mentality of her majesty's services I suppose.
Thanks all, ken he's right lol Now at home pain killers, sympathy and a very sore hand, not as bad as first thought partial thickness burns a few blisters but generally not to bad learnt something new flour is the best thing to submerge a burn in ! And I was right to take my wedding ring off quickly And don't try to catch a teapot lol glad it was me and not my two year old sat next to me, think that's why I went to stop it. Drinking tea on xmas day ?surely not .Just completed a first aid course Jamie so i know what you have had to put up with ,hospital is not the best place to be on xmas day .When the chips are down drop a couple of pain killers andf wack on a bike dvd it sure should help the healing process. Thanks giv, it was tramadol, motovudu and 1/2 pound of thorntons for me last night lol will be more of the same today The hospital was great lol, in and out in 30 mins and the doc would not believe my mum was not my sister lol so she loved every minute and won't stop telling everyone about it, think it made her Christmas
