Op finally done ;)

    After waiting since March for my shoulder reconstruction finally now been done had it done Monday a just over 3 hour operation LARS shoulder reconstruction and shave the collar bone down . They had to put a extra strap which meant peeling my tit muscle off and screwing and also top of my bicep so a tad sore . So hopefully will be able to hang onto the bike for more than 5 laps now . Looking forward to racing next year after this year ;)

    Glad you finally got there, let's hope you can get a few seasons racing now without trouble :D
    Or you could look for 5 lap only races ;)

    Well wedgie all I can say is I am so so sorry for your better half who has to give you the sponge baths and the extra help you seem to be so good at finding ways to achieve! :D

    I'm sore but stitches run from top of man boob to back of shoulder feel a tad better today I have movement just like a constant dead arm . Hopefully next week get sling off
