I've got the tank off the blade (SC59), which is full to the brim. I didn't have anything at the time to syphon the fuel into when I needed to take it off. At least, with the quick disconnect detached, its not pissing out fuel. Is this because:

    A) the fuel pump needs to create a vacuum for fuel to flow, or
    B) tank filler cap is closed, and therefore sealed so it won't leak

I've got a jerry can coming, so I want to transfer most of the fuel out of the tank before I refit it. And obvs I don't want fuel going everywhere when I open the filler.

    Ta.

It's sealed on the QR coupling. You can open the filler cap.
