    Looks like it was the tilt sensor done 150miles on the road now with new TS with no problems, one of the wires that got damaged on the loom was one of the wires for the tilt sensor so as it damaged the ecu I presume it damaged the tilt sensor as it does make sense that as when it all first started this it was cutting out on hill top and cascades (both downhill sections) so thinking the tilt sensor was kicking in when it shouldn't as it was fried.

    Will soon see on Tuesday might take bmw as back up :D
