The most worrying thing there is the fact that it looks like I'm going bald:(

So its true i low sided on the first right hander, not entirely sure why, front tyre pressure was way to low, front compression needed hardening, was trying to brake much later and turn in much later which kept throwing me far to wide and i was then fighting with the handle bars to get back on line. This was on the second session in the morning and held be back from hitting a 1:53:(

On the positive side, Jay helped get the bike ridable and i managed to get back out for the fourth session in the morning. I put myself in the mindset that crashing is just slowness leaving the body, bike and mind. By the second session in the afternoon i was banging in regular 1:54's so its still another 2 seconds off my best lap time.

Back there on Tuesday to try harder:p

,Matt I have heard some excuses over the last few years for crashing:) but your quote is the best yet "crashing is just slowness leaving the body ,bike and mind" where the feck did that one come from most of us would say "my talent ran out":D I was on for a 1.45 before I crashed then my slowness thought it would feck off half way round shells .:D I feel so much better now as I put my crash down to been my fault

So happy you didn't hurt yourself mate as believe me its a pain in the arse but your doing brilliant mate and the times are dropping I best get myself back on track ASAP or you will be showing me the way round Oulton :D

I was putting 28 in the front on hot warmers, it wasn't until the afternoon that i asked the tyre guy and he said 34 for the front hot. So i put in 34 on warmers but when finishing a session they were cooling to 30 from 34. So in the morning when it was much colder they would have been dropping from 28 to below 24.

Once i started putting them to 34 and went half a click harder on the from compression the bike felt so much better...

Glad you are OK. Think we all knew it would happen as you pushed more and more, but judging from the times you have quickly got it out of your head :)

You'll be less precious over it now and push on faster. Doesn't look too bad.
