Out Of Hibernation

    However a flat battery didn't help but easily and quickly replaced, it's a bummer working in a bike shop :cool:

    Interesting though the bike had been hooked up to an Optimate for the past few months with the Optimate reporting everything was fine, it clearly wasn't. I had heard leaving them connected full time can do harm and now I believe it. Just connect it every now and again in future.

    That's lovely!! My poor little vfr is sitting in tha garage neglected.

    They hold there money big time, funny thing is you could question if its worth having mint ones as rough ones seem to go for just as much..God knows why..

    Cheers guys, I did strip her down last year and threw a wedge of cash at it. A few more bits to get done but would rather be riding it at the moment. Like you say It's not loosing any money either. Would like to see 3.5 to 4k if I did sell it.

    Great fun to ride, reasonably quick as well and I love the looks.

    Your right, but it's prob only slightly better than good condition and Im not after it being totally a1 but does need a tidy up here and there.

    But it's not too bad!

    Sex on wheels !! .. I love RVF's . They are fetching good money in that condition . I may have to invest . The Value of a mint RVF would probably go up faster than the interest on my savings account .
