Guys, just a heads up. I've just bought a secondhand X40 tank bag from eBay, seller has been very genuine and had no idea. The rubber matting that holds the magnets had a faint brown patch, thinking it was a stain I rubbed it, only to discover there were very fine pieces of metal leeching from it. See photo. I don't know if this is a common issue, but there was no physical damage to the bag. Anyway, if your planning on using yours this spring, make sure you check them out carefully. It had also started coming from the position where the other magnets were located. Very fine, the worse one did have a pin prick in the rubber, so it may have been something the magnets had picked up rather than something from inside the pouch.
