Only got the basic Champion Stands Norm .But they have served me well and luckly i have a carpet down in the Garage because i spend a good bit of time crawling about on the floor. If i was a bit more handy at maintanance i would go for the full on bike lift so the wheels are waist high.

55 minutes to put Rob's blood pressure through the roof.

That might be a new forum record.

Rob, get over to the Rant thread for some therapy.

Got mine from BS Motoparts Germany.
I did have issues with fittings, but got there in the end.
I know Rob had more problems with the Envy version though.

Yes if you want a stand this year then AVOID ENVY Stands.
But the principle behind the design is fantastic as it supports the bike with both wheels off the ground and you can still move it anywhere around the garage.

Although BS Motoparts confirmed by email that they didn't offer fittings for my bike. Somebody, kindly posted a couple of links to 2 other firms in Germany that did. I wish I could find it but can't. It looked like several manufacturers over there produce very similar items but not quite the same. Definitely off a common design though. It just seems that the only UK company to try it has made a complete horses arse of the whole thing. Which is a shame as it's a bloody brilliant concept.

I think I have a full set. A hydraulic lift, abba, harris rear paddock x 2, biketek front headstock & various stray under fork fronts. I must be a collectamaniac! Each has their own uses I guess. :)

I have the Harris rear stand which is a quality stand. If I did not have the biktec headstock stand I would buy the Harris one

I've no idea what make my rear stand is, but it does the job.
For the front i've got a champion headstock stand which is very good.
