Hi, I have a small damaged area on the clutch side casing of my 2007 Repsol Blade. With the help of some Forum members I've got a replacement, that's also damaged, but not so much, only needs a rub down and paint. (In my opinion). Well I thought, all's going well, that's unusual. So I ring Honda, ''Can I have a tin of your best Blade casing paint It's a 2007'' No, came the reply. Well can I have the Colour, Number or the like to enable me to get some. No again, ''we don't have anything like that, but we can sell you a casing'' £220.oop.
So things are going in there usual fashion. I can go to the local factors and guess the colour but I'm not really a Paint person. It's a floor in the old knowledge base. Can someone help I want the correct colour and the patina associated with the original finish. Can I do it?
    Thanks Chaps.

Any decent paint shop can match up the right colour paint for ya if ya take the part in,

If b&q can match any colour u find to ur liking im sure a paint bodyshop could do the same if they have the part to hand??
