Rest in peace all the victims of the attacks last night and thoughts with the survivors. Cowardly medieval cavemen picking on unarmed innocent people just going about their daily lives.
Not nice ,but hopefully some good will come out of this and nations will come together inc Russia and irradicate Isis into oblivion
From someone who spends at least 50% of his working life flying to and from meetings around Europe and farther a field, and if not on a airliner I am on the tube. Plus from my partner L travels on the tube and buses in Central London five days a week this is becoming increasing worrying. L was on the Piccadilly line in the train behind the one that got hit last time so all this horrible shit is still very fresh in her mind. Our hearts and minds go out to the French people:
Agreed, terrible news. Thoughts are with all affected. As above, hopefully this will bring about a movement against those parties responsible and reduce them to dust. It’s just a shame that so often something like this happens and only then countries react and step up their game.
I am due to be the guest speaker at the Colchester advanced driving group tomorrow night. Just had an email from the organiser to say that he will not be there as his son was one of those killed at the music concert in Paris on Saturday night. I cannot even begin to imagine what he and his family must be going through. I have dealt with many hundereds of fatalities over the years, but this is something completely different. My respect to the chap for letting me know that the he will not be there but the meeting goes ahead. To be honest, if that had been me, I am not so sure that I would have been as thoughtful at a time like this.
What horrid news for anyone to get My thoughts are with all who died in terror attracts, be that in Kenya or Paris or anywhere
