Need advice on how to fix my fireblade 2008, crashed on track and need to fix bike for track racing.
My problem is bike wont start after the crash I suspect there is a inertia switch or ECU reset procedure, does any one know where I can find this info to do it my self, I am an engineer and can fix it if I have info for how to do it.
Also I have stripped fairings and lights, engine turns over but won't start.

Now then ... there is a tilt sensor (small black box) in the event of dropping the bike . I wonder if you have damaged that .

You see them on eBay selling for little money .

Oh and by the way .. :welcome:

Yep tilt sensor would be my first guess

I have had a pinched wire from where the handlebars closed to far. I couldn't start it due to the broken wire.

Check/replace the tilt switch and trace your way through the wiring loom and check for broken/pinched wires

They're are no Ecu reset that's is required.
