Recently fitted a PCIII purchased from here with a standard map and O2 eliminator and bung fitted. Got it on the dyno this morning and my mate was getting issues with the TPS reading. It was all over the place, hopping around on a closed throttle and even with around 10-20% dialled in it was showing around 50-70%. The bike runs faultlessly with the generic DJ map installed so this was a strange one?

Anyone have a similar experience. How would i know if my TPS was furked?

What voltage is the pc showing when you calibrate? Are you sure its the tps you are connect to and not the map

It was connected to the blue plug so I think thats correct. never bothered messing around, I just removed it. Not an issue on a standard bike anyway, although it was smoother when fitted. Just purchased a Yoshi so may refit it at some point and try again. Just didn't want a non stable TPS issue causing a bunt valve or something as my local Honda dealer cannot verify the TPS is faulty unless it's throwing up some error codes which it isn't!
    Cheers

Cant remember the colour but the map connector is on the right corner of the air box(quite accessible) the tps connector is on the right side of the throttle body between the frame, its quite fiddly to get to. Both are the same sort of connector and right next to each other!.The voltage of the map hardly changes with throttle movement
