I made the paint porsche swartz pearl with extra gold pearl added. My good mate Gav the painter who does alot of my bigger jobs painted them.If he does another he wants £450 to do all your panels. He called it a ball ache trying to get it right.

That look the nuts Jezza, wicked colour choice and totally one off.

Don't think £450 to paint a bikes bad at all.

I was going to say £450 for the colour of your choice perfectly (or as close as possible but that looks amazing) is fair - I'd rather pay a proper price for a really good job and know its done right than say pay somebody £200 - £250 and its a bit... shabby

I am guessing he could do a blade an any colour now - not sure what colour I would select if I had choice - a deep metalic blue maybe or Focus RS / ST metalic blue but that Gixer colour really

One tip - heat shield in the bellypan or the paint will craze (as I found out when I had mine painted Black with HONDA in white put on it)

That is panels and not stripping the bike. After doing mine it was a learning curve for both of us.
He loves doing bikes because it's something different. He is going to paint a funny little Isetta canary yellow today not many of them around.
