Photobucket help reqd

    Hi does anyone here use photobucket to upload pics,
    I did last night and its a new version , and it was a right
    pain in the arse, what I would like to know is ,
    Is there a way of getting the old photobucket back
    Or is there something better ,
    Thank you .

    I think that it is now changed for good mate.

    Once you get to know your way about it again it's ok.

    It just seems to take forever to upload pictures in bulk , 36 pictures 25 mins ?

    I use a windows app to re size pics down to a fraction of their original size so uploads way quicker.

    Also then means they load instantly when people view them

    What do you use Al? I know you mentioned it before, but I've not Sussed out how or what to do it with. Ta.

    The one I use is the Microsoft one, downloadable from their website. Mines for xp which is no longer on there but available on mirror sites. Once you install it appears on your right click menu and you can pick four or five different resolutions. About 800 x 600 pixels is about right for this site.

    the new p/bucket is useless,
    you cant generate multiple image links.
    I use imageshack more now

    its a lot like the way p/bucket used to be, multi link, edit and so on

    Yeah it's still officially endorsed, it just used to be available straight off the Microsoft site. Somebody said that it comes built in to Vista and 7 but it wasn't on my 7 machine. Vista I don't know as I manage to dodge that particular bullet.
