I ride my Bike on road and track, after all track is the only place you can really ride your sports bike to its full potential Although I would put crash bungs, engine case protection and a cheap track fairing on it just in case
after all that you can buy a cheap track bike haha plus if you down it will still cost more than all the parts you put on to get it right
Cant remember who i had the conversation with but we come to the conclusion that crash bungs (fairing protectors) have the tendency to flip the bike if they hit the curb or dig into any soft ground.

Dropped it. Was living temporarily in a place in Brighton with a car park round the back. They wouldn't give me a fob, but I had a code to open the pedestrian door which was on a heavy hinge. Was there Monday to Friday so it was worth having it secure, but managed to slip doing the exit manoeuvre on two occasions. To be fair there was snow on the ground for one of them!
