Guy Martin is doing the pikes peak hill climb today on his home built Martek loony machine. Anyone know if there's a video stream or tv coverage that doesn't want 20 quid?
Been following the development of this on his facebook page. Looks a mental bike and really hope he does well. I assume he's going after the course record? Let me know if you find a vid of it
Well he won his class, Guy Martin wins class at Pikes Peak - Motorcycle news : Racing news - Visordown , but didn't get the overall record he was after, but I reckon he'll be back, and once he's learned the course he'll be a hell of a lot quicker.
Well - not bad for his first attempt. Will look out for the onboard vids they'll no doubt be releasing soon.
