Been hearing the adds on the radio for PPI claims, not sure if I had taken it out at anytime but thought it was worth making contact with one of the companies. Went through the various procedures and was told that I had taken out PPI some years ago on one of my credit cards and I could expect a payment in about 8 weeks. Average payout about 2k ( that would be handy me thinks, so I can upgrade to a later year Repsol) Mrs phones me yesterday to tell me letter I from the credit card company with cheque enclosed...' Go and order that new bike' she says. How much did we get I ask? £16.48 less payment to PPI company net payment £10.54 wtf
A couple of years ago I sent an email to my bank about it, they sent me a form it full out, a few months later we got £2k and no middle man to pay You could have been £6 richer without the middle man to pay lol
