So after a rather pants 2015 race wise..... I got the monkey off my back and my mojo back in Jerez in Nov on my first euro trip.

The lads have been Spain but house move etc meant I stayed behind :(

However, with oulton coming up, booked Snet tomorrow a while back to get myself back in the grove....

New leathers, discs, pads, sprockets and she's good to go!

Last couple of years first round has been first time on the bike so looking forward to just spending some time with the lads tomorrow and getting some saddle time :)

Be good to see if any of the gym and cycling I've been doing gives a benefit! As was completely un bike fit... And fit fit in Jerez and it wasn't pleasant ;)

Going to be chilly but blue skies. Can't complain :)

    Final prep today :)

    Can't wait! Roll on 5am ;)

Yeah, just a day with the lads. 6 in total so should be fun :)

Ideally higher temps but no drama.... Can't wait to ride the bike.

    Got to ask James.
Is that a palm tree you've got on the go there lol? :)

I know you boys live in near Bahamas temperatures for most of the year, but that's just taking the piss

Weather was good up here too mate. Even seen 12 degrees which is a first for a long time.

Almost got the bike out till I popped a disc out on my back washing the van of all things :(

Off to the docs tomorrow mate. Never had it before so no idea how it goes to be honest. Bloody sore though that's for sure.

Doubt I'll miss Donny though even if only for a few sessions as I want to test the bike out.

I do normally man up mate and have a decent pain threshold, but when you genuinely can't put your right foot down because of the pain shooting across the bottom of yer back then I agree plenty of ibuprofen and paracetamol is the way forward. :)

Jimbo can I go off track a bit, when you put your track fairings on what did you do with the IDC solenoids in the fairings? I am just taking my road fairings off and putting track fairings on and haven't a clue what do you with them.

As with any Track Fairing conversion, if it's needed then relocation, relocation, relocation.

Some firms even go special 'relocation brackets' for common items.

What are IDC solenoids ? Are they the flapper controls ? If they are remove all the pipe work and the canester under headlight, there is one small bore pipe that goes to the inlet manifold plug that with a small bolt and cable tie it.
Bad news about your back Col, suffer myself however the only position my back doesn't hurt is sitting on a sports bike
Bike looking good James, glad you n Jase stayed sunny side up
