After quitting smoking in march this year i have gone from 11 stone to nearly 14 stone ( Must cut out the cakes ) lol My Leathers obviously no longer fit so I'm saving for a new suit and may as well sell mine on as its a minter . Iv only used it in the dry , Washed down a soapy sponge after every use ( Fly guts on bright white don't go ) so it is in awesome condition . every time i go out people say " new leathers mate ? " The knee sliders are are warn down but not passed half way so loads of life left Carbon fibre shuolders and elbows , Hump on back , super soft leather Very nice What do you think i should be asking guys ? Any body bought a suit second hand lately ? What are they going for ? Here it is from the back .. Ill take some pics later and update free image hosting
eBay they go to £200 - £250 at the right time of year. It is all down to how many people want them my nearly new berik cost £600 sold for £220. They are top leathers tho mate should have no snags selling them. I had to sell berik for exactly the same reason but kicking the tabs meant I had more cash to get the kangaroo wolfs Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
knee sliders worn half way! I've not skimmed the surface yet on my rsts.Chicken strips are coming down, have to wait to push the blade when the weather gets warmer.I'm hanging off the bike right but not there yet.ANY TIPS?
Come meet me for a ride.... If your near the edge of the tyres, I bet you are actually hanging off wrong!! Ive seen guys getting knee down with an inch of strip left... All in the position... Warm dry day and right corners to do it on!
Nice looking leathers i'm sure you'll get £200+ for them. Saying that i picked up a decent new set of Axo leathers from busters for less than £300 last winter!!
Will do Jimbo.Being honest the blade is much easier to ride than that old Gixxer,Two fellas reckon being a shortie is harder cos the knee is shorter.I'm out to prove em wrong. If pedrosa can do it then I should be able to.Blade being two weeks old don't help either.
I'm a very hopeful 5'10!! Ha ha... It's no issue trust me, just about the right position and corner / speed...once you do it you'll wonder what all the fuss is. But don't let it be the be all and end all, far more important things to worry about than knee down!!
