Since there's quite a few of you guys on here who were there when I had my last face slide along the floor at oulton I though I'd post an update of what's been going on since.. Well, the last time you saw the bike it was like this: Now however it is like this: When I dropped the engine out I resprayed the casings and gave it a good clean, that's now going to a nice guy from TDR for 800. For that he is getting the engine w/ slipper clutch, yoshi high rev ecu and the airbox and throttle bodies. Not a bad deal I think and gets rid of the engine for me. Also sold: Ohlins Rear Shock - went for nearly 600 Air Tubes Chain Adjusters Bottom Yoke WOWs Front and Rear Discs Power Commander I've got the forks, dymags, frame and clocks on ebay, clocks are at a higher price than others on there but they do have only 2K miles on them. Had some interest in the subframe and fueltank, just waiting on welding the subframe and getting a call back for the tank. The bike originally cost me about 2.2K if you take off the genny, paddocks, WOWs and tyres that I got with the money I paid. As it is I stand to make about 3.5-3.7K on the lot sold as spares so that's almost 1.5K profit!!! Gonna be very helpful going towards getting a van and with some more pennies from the piggybank a nice 600 trackbike next year!!! So what's it gonna be people?? R6? ZX-6?? 675????? Personally, I would avoid the 675, unless you want to spend a fair bit on engine work through the year.
Get the ZX6 YT and keep my ZX10R company at future Track Day's! R6's are common as muck, plus ZX's fair better when they hit the deck!

Well it'll either be a podium or on your arse mate I was tempted but its in bloody Dublin and I ain't to time to be pissing about going for it with the work load thats coming in next year there's no point in me having a track bike I'll just use the RR.
Top effort dude, to make a profit on the bike that had such a short, hard life in your hands is always a touch. If you haven't rode a new r6 mate make sure you do before you buy, 100% certain you'll get one straight after. Awesome handling bike.
