Putting Blade Back to Standard - What to do with the Akra?

Thinking of selling my old RR5 Respol - to make room for the new RR9 Repsol (Pics will be up soon)

Decision was made to change, as i wanted something newer and different... hoping the RR9 is a better bike to ride..

I think i will be taking all the add-ons off the RR5 - I need to make back as much as i can..There is a BIG list will be in the for sale section over the weekend.

Just not too sure about the Akra Full Race System with baffel (road legal) - Could i possible get £500 for this? or would that be pushing it? i know they dont come up often? or shall i leave this on the bike as it will get me a sale..?

I will need to buy or get standard headers and a cheap after market exhaust to go on the bike - so will need to factor the costs in and ofcourse time to change over.

Not worth fecking about with the exhaust if you haven't kept the standard system to put back on.

Time is money and overall a RR5 aint guna fetch that much anyway in the grand scheme of things.

 

Where abouts are you? I have an oem exhaust system from my rr7 sat in a box. If you are close and they fit an rr5 then I'm sure we could do a deal.

the oem exhaust if i remember was a pain to fit - i recall afew years back i tried this and i could not get it working (when a fter market exhaust is fitted something is removed from the blade) i cant remember

loads of parts - after market and other bits i been keeping as spares should i drop the blade..

creating a sheet with how much i would like for each thing.. will send it across when ready - as i see you have the same repsol..
