    R&G Aero Crash Bungs CBR1000RR 2008 Onwards new in packet with instructions etc. I bought these off Ebay a couple of years back but never got around to fitting them (I didn't dare drill my fairings!). Note that one of the plastic end caps is missing (these are available from R&G dealers for £4.08).

    £45 delivered.

    What did you use instead of these Ian?

    Like yourself, I'm not keen on drilling into the fairing panels.

    I didn't bother in the end - just left the bike standard. I think R&G do some that don't require the fairing drilled - but they are very expensive.
