R&G Tail Tidy issue

    Anyone else had the number plate light LEDs burn out, only 2 years old?

    13 quid for a replacement...rip off merchants, LEDs should last years.

    Not had the problem my self but no of plenty who have. A few years back R&G were replacing for free due to the amount who were suffering.

    Can you not just replace the led? Should then only be about 50p

    yep had two lots burn out on me on my previous bike. Got a Evotech on the blade with no issues.

    I had one that started flashing, I put it down to a broken wire/short in the light unit.

    yep! that has just happened to mine last week gonna really piss me off paying for a new one

    How many thousands of miles usage is that then? For us fair weather fairies it could be 4 to 6 years!
